Josh Dinneen, Chief Executive Officer, is a seasoned leader dedicated to driving the company’s organic and M&A-fueled growth and continuously fostering innovation throughout the organization and its growing client base.  

Formerly President of Blue Mantis, Josh spearheads efforts to enhance the company’s ongoing initiatives aimed at deepening client engagement and sustainability by delivering the optimal experience that produces measurable and positive business outcomes. Josh’s mantra for success is simple but consistent: client sustainability fuels company growth, which in turn, drives continuous innovation.

Josh’s additional responsibilities include expanding company revenue streams, guiding corporate development in mergers and acquisitions, strategy formulation, investments, and innovation initiatives. Josh holds ultimate accountability for aligning revenue-generating departments, G&A functions, overseeing product portfolio evolution, and cultivating strategic partnerships. As CEO, he exemplifies Blue Mantis’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and community engagement, shaping the company’s future success. He excels in building motivated teams that embrace this ideology and can constantly thrive in the hyper-competitive IT services segment.

In 2015, Josh founded Norwell Technology Group (NTG), a boutique and specialized IT and Security Advisory firm. His entrepreneurial acumen led NTG’s growth, culminating in its acquisition by GreenPages, now Blue Mantis, in 2018. Since the acquisition, Josh has held pivotal roles within the organization, including President of Strategic Services, President of Sales and Marketing, and Chief Revenue Officer, before being appointed President of Blue Mantis in 2023 and subsequently rising to the position of CEO. 

Josh’s executive path includes senior leadership roles at high-growth, market-leading technology firms, where he demonstrated proficiency in managing mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has directed growth strategies, transforming service delivery and operations to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. 

Josh actively contributes to multiple Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards, reflecting his commitment to community impact. His dedication to service extends back to his time in the U.S. Marine Corps and continues through substantial philanthropic and charitable support.

Jay Pasteris

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at Blue Mantis, Jay Pasteris is responsible for all end-to-end operations of the organization, including ultimate ownership of all data, IT, and organizational risk.  Additionally, he oversees the HR function and is responsible for building, managing and maintaining a world-class talent pool in the U.S., Canada and India.  

Formerly CIO and CISO, Jay was promoted to COO in April 2024. In his new role, Jay continues to oversee the company’s IT and cybersecurity operations and he serves as an invaluable client-facing resource from an advisory and problem-solving perspective.  

Jay is a highly accomplished senior business technology executive with experience in aligning technology with business strategy and driving innovation across organizations. His deep experience as a vision-driven technology leader and his history of successfully delivering enterprise technology solutions has enabled him to build high-performing and results-driven technology teams that not only deliver business value, but transform organizations to excel in the digital era. 

Before joining Blue Mantis in 2021, Jay served as the CIO and CISO for the Massachusetts Medical Society / New England Journal of Medicine; senior vice president of global IT for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt; and CIO and CISO for Veracode—a Boston-based cyber security firm. Throughout his career, Jay has been responsible for leading and delivering scalable enterprise technology solutions; product engineering; global infrastructure; end-user experience; and security and compliance across cloud and software-as-a-service platforms.

Steven De Maayer

Chief Services Officer

As Chief Services Officer, Steven oversees Blue Mantis’s services organization, leading the company’s managed services, professional services, and cloud services platform business and focusing on increasing shareholder value through digital transformation. Steven’s extensive experience designing and delivering elite service offerings enables Blue Mantis’s clients to leverage automation, cloud, and cybersecurity best practices to drive business agility.

A well-regarded and experienced IT services executive, Steven brings 20+ years of creating, running, and exponentially growing IT Services for high-performing companies ensuring total quality assurance and employee and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Steven was Chief Services Officer at Carousel, a Cloud Communications Service Provider (CCSP) where he oversaw a team of more than 500 professionals and helped position the company for an acquisition that was successfully completed in May 2021. Other roles include General Manager for Wipro Limited’s Cloud and Infrastructure Services group; Senior Vice President for Services at Dimension Data, where he led a $400 million services business; and General Manager at HP, where he built and operated offshore delivery centers in Costa Rica. 

A native of the Caribbean Island of Curacao, Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Terry Richardson

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Terry leads all of Blue Mantis’s revenue-generating activities, partner relationship management and business development, with a focus on driving continued growth and accelerating the company’s success in cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Terry joined Blue Mantis in 2023 and brought to the company and its clients, more than three decades of experience in global channel, enterprise and OEM sales and a well-earned reputation as one of the most highly respected, trusted, and knowledgeable sales leaders in the industry.

Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Terry was North American Channel Chief at AMD. He also spent more than a decade at HPE and Hewlett-Packard (HP), five years at both SEPATON and EMC Corp. and nine years at Data General (acquired by EMC) in various enterprise, channel, and OEM sales roles. Terry has been honored with numerous industry awards. He is a multi-year winner of CRN’s Most Influential 50 Channel Chiefs, and he won the 2017 CRN Channel Madness Tournament of Chiefs.

Terry earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Marketing from Boston College.

Jason Bernstein

Chief Financial Officer

Jason Bernstein brings to Blue Mantis more than 25 years’ experience in key leadership roles directing finance and sales organizations, as well as deep subject matter expertise in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, sales operations, process improvement, and team leadership.

Prior to assuming the role of CFO at Blue Mantis, Jason was VP of Finance & Sales Operations for Blue Mantis where he ensured the company’s financial objectives were aligned with the goals of the sales organization and that the company had the operational support to achieve these goals.

Jason’s broad and deep expertise in finance and operations enabled him to deliver exceptional results through multiple promotions within MTM Technologies, including Vice President of Operations Finance to Senior Vice President of Finance & Sales Operations, responsible for the national sales and marketing organization, as well as all corporate finance and back-office support for the entire organization.

Jason holds an MBA from Fordham University, as well as a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.

Gary Yu

Deputy CIO, Vice President

Gary Yu leads the IT team at Blue Mantis and is responsible for setting strategy and the overall execution of all business systems, compliance, enterprise infrastructure and security for Blue Mantis. He is recognized as a forward-thinking leader, adept at navigating evolving technologies and policies. His proactive approach ensures Blue Mantis stays ahead of the curve, driving innovation and maintaining compliance. 

Formerly Vice President of Information Technology, Gary was named Deputy CIO, Vice President in April 2024 and given complete responsibility for centralizing internal IT operations, systems and integrations and risk and compliance globally. In this strategic role, Gary partners with Blue Mantis stakeholders to meet their business goals and objectives through technology solutions that reduce the cost, risk and complexity of managing technology. 

Gary joined Blue Mantis in 2021 and has more than 25 years’ experience in technology and software development. He brings deep expertise in business intelligence systems, financial services and operations systems, CRM, ERP and fulfillment systems. 

Gary holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Sarah Foote

Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President

Sarah Foote is a transformative marketing leader who joined the company in 2022 as Vice President of Marketing and she immediately spearheaded a year-long rebranding initiative to reshape Blue Mantis’ brand identity and market positioning. Her leadership ensured a smooth transition that reinforced the company’s brand equity, resulting in increased brand recognition and market traction. 

In her new role as Chief Marketing Officer, VP, Sarah leads all aspects of marketing and communications to accelerate Blue Mantis’s brand visibility and increase lead generation and top-of-the-funnel sales conversion. Sarah has transformed Blue Mantis’ approach to digital and partner marketing, as well as demand generation, PR and marketing analytics utilization. Additionally, she successfully managed a website overhaul and led the development and launch of innovative marketing strategies, including a dynamic inbound marketing strategy and a comprehensive philanthropic program. 

Sarah began her career with Presidio, gaining deep and valuable experience in the IT services segment, while also establishing herself as a respected data-driven marketer known for delivering exceptional outcomes and strategic insights to drive business growth. 

Driven by a deep sense of gratitude and the support of her family, Sarah approaches her professional endeavors with dedication and a strong work ethic. She believes that a strong foundation at home translates into greater success and fulfillment in her career. 

Sarah holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Pennsylvania State University. She is dedicated to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements. 

Jay Martin

Chief Information Security Officer

Jay Martin is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Cybersecurity and Risk Advisory Lead for Blue Mantis. His nearly three-decade career has been a mix of business leadership and information security. He helped establish InteQ Corporation, later acquired by Computer Associates, and co-founded Service Catalyst, which became a PwC acquisition, where he served as president and CISO. Both companies were leaders in IT transformation, cybersecurity, and governance risk and compliance.

At InteQ, Jay developed their Global Information Security practice, aligning compliance and regulatory requirements with financials, technology, processes, culture, and vendor partners. At Service Catalyst, he led strategic cybersecurity, operational readiness, BCP/DR, incident response, and ITIL/ITSM initiatives, working with Boston-area institutions like UMB Bank, T.J. Maxx, Harvard Business School, Logan Airport, and more.

During the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, Jay was tasked with enhancing the State of Vermont’s operational readiness, focusing on security incident response and ITSM practices. He managed the state’s cybersecurity plan of action and milestones after identifying deficiencies during a security control assessment.

As virtual CISO for Dunkin’ Brands International (acquired by Inspire Brands for over $15B in 2020), Jay managed cybersecurity and compliance activities, including vulnerability management, SOC/SIEM practices, third-party security risk, red team testing, and overseeing security in 8,000 stores.

Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Jay was Client Solutions Director and Cybersecurity Practice lead for Advizex Technologies, running their Emergency Incident Response Team and overseeing cybersecurity and compliance risk assessments.

Mario Brum II

Vice President Practice Areas & Technical Advisory Services

Mario Brum is an experienced technologist, business consultant, mentor, and board member who has worked for several leading technology providers, innovative start-ups, and fast-growth managed services providers over the past three decades.

As a VP at Blue Mantis, Mario applies his deep experience in designing and building best practices in IT infrastructure and resource management during customer engagements. He thrives on pushing the boundaries of what is possible and consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. As a builder and process-oriented mentor, Mario excels at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering his team to reach their full potential.

Mario is a “boomerang” employee who rejoined the company in 2021 from ServiceNow and previously Loom Systems. In his first stint with Blue Mantis, Mario spent nearly nine years in a variety of data management roles. In this capacity, Mario was a significant contributor to the development of the company’s professional services offerings and played a key role in establishing the company as a highly reputable and successful IT services organization.

A customer-first advocate, Mario has helped established businesses and startups develop and expand their go-to-market strategy, global presence, and brand awareness by establishing rapport and credibility. Among these start-ups include SimpliVity, where Mario served on the product direction committee board (PDC) and was instrumental in driving initial product functionality, vision, and global strategy to help it become one of the fastest-growing startups to reach and surpass a billion-dollar valuation.

Mario was born to Portuguese parents in Angola, Africa. He speaks, reads, and writes both English and Portuguese fluently. He also speaks Spanish.

Adam Caponigro

Vice President Managed and Cloud Services

As Vice President of Managed and Cloud Services, he is responsible for all aspects of service delivery and is passionate about client success. Adam provides senior leadership in developing the strategy and direction for Blue Mantis’s Managed Service offerings and teams.

Formerly, Adam served in senior leadership positions for the New England Journal of Medicine, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Veracode and has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, managing, and delivering enterprise technology services for global IT platforms and clients.

Adam is a highly motivated leader backed by a reputation for quickly moving from vision to strategy. His experience leading high-performance teams has led to success for companies that require scalable, repeatable, and reliable services with a relentless focus on client service.

Scott DiGioia

Vice President Professional Services

Scott DiGioia is a forward-thinking and results-driven leader with 25 years’ experience in professional services, project management and client success across growing and cutting-edge technologies.

As Vice President of Professional Services, Scott oversees a diverse and talented team dedicated to providing service excellence to Blue Mantis clients while delivering positive business outcomes. Drawing on years of direct experience in the industry, Scott has developed a strategic vision for professional services that aligns with the company’s overall objectives leveraging proven methodologies and optimizing operational processes to drive efficiency and quality across the organization.

Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Scott was a Senior Director at Carousel Industries where he led an $85M business unit consisting of teams across the United States and Venezuela managing global customer engagements.

Scott is a Connecticut native with a love for his family. He is also an enthusiastic guitarist with a love for music and movies.

David Lallemand

Vice President | Channel Sales

As Vice President of Channel Sales, David Lallemand oversees the entire Blue Mantis Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and channel sales team, with a specific focus on master agents.

A seasoned executive with a rich background in IT services and channel business development, David joined the company in 2020 to spearhead the channel business and swiftly rose from Director to his present role.

With over two decades of experience in sales and management roles at industry giants such as AT&T, Honeywell, and Verizon, Lallemand has a proven track record in revenue attainment, product management, and team building. An entrepreneur at heart, David is a team-first, results-oriented sales executive who embodies a “get stuff done” (GSD) mentality. A family man and adept problem solver, David is dedicated to forming strategic partnerships for sustainable business growth.

Aaron Scribner

Vice President

As Vice President, Aaron Scribner ensures the growth and performance of the Blue Mantis Go-to-market  (GTM) network. Driven by innovation, Aaron partners with organizations that align with Blue Mantis’ vision to stay ahead of the digital transformation curve and collaborates with them to promote and sustain mutual business growth.

A well-respected executive with a multifaceted entrepreneurial tech industry background, Aaron brings 20+ years of experience in IT and advanced technology. With a constant desire to learn and teach, Aaron has proudly served on the advisory councils of HPE, Dell, Veeam, Poly, Zoom, and Nutanix.

Aaron focuses on developing innovative go-to-market strategies driving advanced technology solutions on a national scale and he innately understands the value of relationship management to a company’s bottom line. His passion motivates and educates colleagues and partner organizations to deliver continued excellence.

A mentor to many, Aaron is passionate about supporting his family and colleagues on their path to personal and professional growth, ensuring positive impact and long-term success.

Chris Toushan

VP and General Manager, Canadian Operations

As VP of Data Center Modernization and GM of Blue Mantis’ Canadian operations, Chris Toushan leads the infrastructure services business at the company. 

Chris brings more than three decades of experience in the IT services industry to Blue Mantis and its clients.  He spent more than seventeen years with SunGard Availability Services, serving most recently as SVP of the North Region.  The region covered approximately one-third of North America, it included Canada, the US Midwest, and the Northeast.

After spending his entire career working at IBM, AT&T, Comdisco and SunGard, Chris joined a small Toronto-based IT services company Zanaris Inc. and served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. In just over five years, he and his team grew Zanaris’ revenue and EBITDA by a factor of 6x.  Zanaris was acquired by Blue Mantis on February 1st, 2023, and Chris has remained on as a member of the company’s senior leadership team.

I have had direct dealings with Senior Leadership at GreenPages (now Blue Mantis), and their honesty, integrity, and passion for the business is something I have not experienced anywhere else.
